ORDER INFORMATION

Please note that due to the high volume of parcels this season, Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays.

If your order is needed urgently, we recommend choosing Express Shipping for delivery. You may also choose local pick-up at our Byron Bay Flagship Store or our Tweed Heads Outlet at check-out when placing your order.

Items ordered to remote locations with Standard Delivery may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Due to high demand, The Beach People recommends that all orders be placed prior to the dates below in order to work towards ensuring 2021 Delivery.

Once you have placed an order via. The Beach People website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase. This is automatically generated. Please be sure to review this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.

If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Express orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed with standard delivery will be shipped the next business day.

All orders that contain 'pre order' and 'in stock' items will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you will need to place a separate order, as shipping costs must to be covered. Please order carefully, as we DO NOT split orders once they have been placed.

If certain items from your order are required prior to the pre-ordered item arriving in stock, you may pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team and they will assist you.

You will receive a tracking email with carrier information and an estimated arrival date once your order has shipped.

Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations may be made to the order.

Please be mindful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@thebeachpeople.com.au and we will be happy to help.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, there will be a charged a fee of $12 for repacking and postage.

* APAC – orders within the Asia Pacific region will be dispatched from our Australian Warehouse. The Beach People online, use Geo-Targeting services to determine your purchasing location. You will be directed to the appropriate website dependent on your IP Address.

**Orders placed with an Express Shipping Service, must be placed before 11:00AM AEST for same day dispatch.

The Beach People solely ships Picnic Baskets and Beach Carts domestically in Australia.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Shipping prices are dependent on the weight and size of the item and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before purchase is complete.

Yes we do ship to PO boxes for all orders, excluding Beach Carts.

The Beach People accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zippay and AfterPay.

Payment will be deducted from the nominated account straight away. If your payment has not been deducted straight away, sometimes this may happen with third-party payment providers like PayPal Express, please wait a few hours and if it still has not been processed please contact customer service hello@thebeachpeople.com.au  to confirm the payment status. 


Please confirm that the card information as well as the billing information that has been entered is correct.

If this issue persists, we recommend you contact the card issuer.
