Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations may be made to the order.

Please be mindful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please contact hello@thebeachpeople.com.au and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, there will be a charged a fee of $12 for repacking and postage.

Returns

To qualify for a refund, items must be: in original condition, unwashed, unused and returned within 14-days of delivery

Sale and seconds items are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds may only be provided to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Once returns are received and processed by The Beach People Warehouse Team, refunds may take 5-10 days or longer to reflect. This is dependent on the form of payment used. (this timeframe is out of our control).

To qualify for an exchange items must be: in original condition, unwashed, unused and returned within 30-days of delivery

Shipping fees associated with returning the original order are the responsibility of the customer. Sale and seconds items are not eligible for exchange.

Goods may be exchanged for the choice of product or an electronic store credit may be provided upon request.

Once the exchange is received and processed by our warehouse team, you will receive email confirmation, with tracking details for the replacement items or details regarding the electronic credit if chosen.

Please remember as per terms above, we are happy to accept: returns for exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery, and refunds within (14) days of delivery, when the item(s) are in their original condition - unwashed and unused.

Sale and seconds items are not eligible for return.

If your order qualifies for a refund or exchange and you choose to return it, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@thebeachpeople.com.au. Please be sure to include your Name, Order Number (starting with TPBAU), the name of item(s) you wish to send back, and a brief reason regarding the return.

When your email is received by our Customer Care Team, a case number will be issued and further instructions on how to return the item(s) to our warehouse will be provided.

Problem with Received Order

All orders are checked prior to posting. Very rarely, our warehouse team may mistakenly add or omit an item to an order.

Should there be an error in fulfilment, The Beach People will replace the goods at no additional cost to the customer.

All faulty, missing or incorrect items must be reported to Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.

All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product arrive with faults, The Beach People will replace the goods at no cost to the purchaser.
